Social account data deletion

1. Disconnect the account

1. Sign in to the CuratedBoost dashboard with the approved owner account.
2. Open Connections.
3. Deactivate destinations you no longer want to use, then choose Disconnect for the provider.

Disconnecting disables future CuratedBoost publishing and destroys the stored encrypted provider token. It does not delete posts already published on LinkedIn or Meta. Delete those posts directly on the relevant platform if needed.

2. Remove provider access

You may also remove CuratedBoost from the connected apps or business integrations section of your LinkedIn or Meta account. Removing provider access revokes the provider grant; it does not by itself erase CuratedBoost's limited connection or audit records.

3. Request deletion from CuratedBoost

Email [email protected] with the subject Social account data deletion request. Send it from the email used to sign in to the dashboard and identify the provider or connected Page/profile you want removed.

What happens to the data

• Active provider tokens are destroyed and publishing is disabled.
• Provider account identifiers, display metadata, and other personal data are deleted or de-identified when they are no longer needed.
• Minimum approval, delivery, fraud-prevention, security, or legal evidence may be retained when necessary. We will explain any information that cannot yet be deleted and why.
• Published social posts remain controlled by the social platform and must be removed there.

CuratedBoost will acknowledge the request, verify ownership where needed, and provide a human-readable status or completion response within a reasonable period.
